What you get.

Weekly one hour group.

Just enough and not too much. Groups are facilitated by a seasoned Mental Health Occupational Therapist with a deep knowledge of DBT and strategies to support behavior change and habit training.

Fixed cohort.

We don’t take drop-ins. You’ll be matched with an appropriately aged group. You’ll have time to get comfortable with your group members (who are all practicing Don’t Judge) which makes it easier to share.

Habit training.

Access to the HAERT Habit Training support service at discounted rates.

Go beyond DBT.

At HAERT, we integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, neuroscience, health psychology, positive psychology and much more into our coaching sessions.
