HAERT teaches a set of 50+ life enhancing skills - based on decades of clinical research and business experience - starting with a foundation in self-awareness, stress management, emotional resilience, interpersonal effectiveness and growth mindset.

These are the skills needed to thrive in high school and college, as well as in our professional and personal lives. Regardless of age, people who regularly use these skills are less likely to be limited by anxiety or slide into depression. They are also more effective at achieving their goals.

We coach participants to apply these skills intentionally and mindfully to their unique situations.

Research-based, Clinically & Business Proven

HAERT is based on proven life enhancements that focus on skills, habits, strategies, and tools to help people thrive.

The HAERT curriculum draws on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Neuroscience, Sensory Management, Health Psychology, Positive Psychology and other clinical interventions currently used in award winning mental health settings.

  • REFERRAL TRAINING

    We want you to know how to recognize which of your clients will benefit most from the HAERT Program. We also want you to feel comfortable approaching them about it.

    Referral Training ensures you are familiar with the indicators for a strong referral and provides supporting information to share with your client.

    PRODUCT TRAINING

    We want your team members to know the HAERT Program skills and to benefit from using them with your students and their families.

    Our Trainer Course ensures your team members have a deep understanding of the curriculum and can incorporate HAERT skills at your site.

    First Participant - Partners can designate one team member to participate in the HAERT Trainer Course ($499 value) at no cost.

    Subsequent Participants - Additional team members can take the Trainer Course for a deeply discounted rate of $50/participant.

  • CERTIFIED PARTNER

    Certified Partners have at least one team member who has completed Referral Training.

    PREMIER PARTNER

    Premier Partners have achieved Certified Partner level AND have at least THREE team members who have completed the Trainer Course.

  • CERTIFIED PARTNER COMMISSION - Certified Partners earn 5% commission for each referral that becomes a sale.

    PREMIER PARTNER COMMISSION - Premier Partners earn 15% commission for each referral that becomes a sale.
