As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Barbara works with teens and families to manage teen depression and anxiety. She has worked at the award winning El Camino Health ASPIRE program and Services for Brain Injury teaching clients life skills to thrive. 

Barbara is passionate about bringing the benefits of learning Mental Wellness skills to teens and adults supporting teens. Tired of waiting until people end up in a hospital, Barbara cofounded the HAERT Program to provide a PREVENTATIVE solution to address the current mental health crisis.
