Foundations (Cohort 4)

Feb 1, 2023 is the start of our 4th cohort of Foundations 2.5. This is the first of an 11 part series.

Mental Wellness is more than just the absence of mental illness. Fostering Mental Wellness is no different than what we do for dental hygiene, health and wellness, and substance use education.

What has been missing is a systematic, explicit way to teach people the skills and strategies they need to cope with stress, manage their emotions, maintain healthy relationships and thrive.

After taking this course you will have skills for building self confidence, managing or reversing anxieties, flipping stress to be a positive, reversing burnout, finding motivation, and improving the outcomes you want from life.

Schedule a chat with us to learn how HAERT can help with your life.
