As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Barbara works with teens and families to manage teen depression and anxiety. She has also worked in the award winning El Camino Health ASPIRE program and Services for Brain Injury teaching clients life skills to thrive.

Barbara is passionate about empowering teens and the adults supporting them with Mental Wellness skills. She was tired of people needing hospitalization before they could get the help they needed.

Barbara cofounded the HAERT Program to provide a PREVENTATIVE solution to address the current mental health crisis.
